What is Guardian Connect?

We are a premium service platform that:

Remotely monitors and repairs fuel dispensers, tank gauges and other enabled devices at fueling locations. 

By Connecting to our customers’ equipment, we are able to get active notifications of certain conditions such as flow rate, paper-out, card reader and keypad failure, error codes, tampering alerts and other conditions that would warrant the need for equipment service.

Remote Monitoring Center

By utilizing a suite of proprietary connectivity tools, Guardian Connect remotely performs diagnostics on equipment without ever going to the affected site. Should equipment malfunction, Guardian Connect receives continuous notifications, often resulting in repair before a client knows there is an issue. Our monitoring center is staffed with master level technicians that are trained and certified to understand the fuel systems at a customer’s site.

In response to COVID-19, Guardian Connect has improved the store’s safety and experience to their customers. Our master level technicians quickly notify clients of these conditions so action can be taken to correct the situation, ultimately improving end-customer experience at fueling locations.  To add even more value to our connected clients, software bug-fix updates and software downloads for feature and functionality are conducted without having a technician on site. Providing an alternative solution, that limits visits to the site which helps protect customers and employees as a precaution to COVID-19.

    Guardian Fueling Technologies is the leading provider of innovative fuel system solutions and premier maintenance services across the Southeastern United States.  With a core culture of delivering service excellence, Guardian engaged quickly as connected technology began to emerge in the c-store space for equipment monitoring and remote service management.
     
    Testing of connected technology began across the company footprint in 2018 with engagement from an industry leading manufacturer to commercialize the offering.   The goal of the connection is to improve uptime and maximize profits for the c-store operator and increase the customer service experience for their fuel buyers.  The Guardian Connect division was launched in 2019 to further refine and leverage the technology and improve the speed and accuracy of service delivery for connected sites.
